WHY HAVE YOUR PORTFOLIO REVIEWED?

Judging your own work is very difficult. You are often surrounded by friends or relatives, and in their eyes, you can never have a bad image. Your opinion of an image can be swayed by the experience itself. You may have fond memories or an affinity for a sequence of images that no one else has. Asking an impartial viewer to look at your portfolio with a fresh pair of eyes—who will be unbiased, objective, and give an honest review of your work—is a great way to see if you're on the right track.

Yes, we all like to hear how well we are doing and what our strengths are, but these reviews are not just about your strengths but also about what doesn’t work and how we can set about improving these areas. Discovering where your work is falling short can help make massive improvements to your work in the future. Please don’t think this review is just about finding your weaknesses; it is also about pointing out your strengths and helping you to keep doing what you are already doing well.

In the modern era, social media is a necessary evil. It is a powerful platform that, if done correctly, can reach thousands from the comfort of your own home. This portfolio review will explain what images work for different platforms, how to crop them, and when to post them.
HOW DOES IT WORK

Once a date has been set, you will be asked to send over your portfolio (maximum of 20 images). This can be individual images or a sequence telling a story. Please pick a wide variety, as it would not be productive to send a portfolio of similar images.

Once the portfolio has been received, Kevin will spend time analyzing your work, and identifying the strengths and weaknesses of each image.

Kevin’s portfolio reviews will give you a fresh, unbiased, and objective perspective on your work in a relaxed manner. helping you to take your images to the next level offering constructive feedback, and identifying your strengths and areas that can be improved.
